K.I.S.S. Everyman, Everyday, Roadglide Winter Build.

I bought a 2015 RG late last spring. It was already a good looking bike. The dealership had swapped out some of the chrome for black parts already. I just continued the theme they started.

This is not going to be and thirty inch, frame laying, full glass body, flame throwing, monster build. This is going to be a really nice bagger that I can ride and count on every day, that anyone can build with a little extra cash and some space in the garage with some handtools and extra time.

So let's see what I started with...

I know the pictures are fuzzy. They will get better, I promise.
Surpisingly, I don't have a lot of pics of when I first got this bike.

I replaced some more of the chrome on the engine with black powder coat. I also got some RSD Clarity covers, and some really bad ass floorboards from Joker Machine...

Thread confession: I had the dealership do the rockers, tappets, and pushrod covers.

FYI: They F'd it up and I had to redo them anyway

Sometimes I Plasti-dip parts that I am thinking about powder-coating later on. In this case it was the gaudy chrome on the air cleaner, starter end cap, and badges.

Now that riding season is over here I am going to start the bigger projects.....

Like a Ness Down-N-out rear end.

I was really surprised at how easy this was to install. It seems like a pretty good quality product.

Looking good man. I really like the black tank badge. Been thinking of adding something like that to my stretched tank.

Looks good bud. The Ness DNO setup is quality stuff. I had that same setup a few years ago.

    Tap it!
