View Full Version : Quality Custom Motorcycle fenders and accessories.

B'COOL Products

Our goal is to manufacture and provide the finest quality custom motorcycle fenders available to the industry. Although we make front and rear fenders for many wheel and tire combinations, for this site, we'll focus on front fenders only as we do not make rear bagger fenders at this time. We do offer fender spacers for our 23-30" fenders.

All of our front fenders are manufactured from 12 gauge cold rolled steel or 1/8 3003 aluminum. Unlike other's, that only offer one or two styles, we custom build each fender to the customers specific recommendation's. Our CNC cutting equipment allows us to program and cut any rake and side profile the customer desire's. If your really not sure what you want or not sure if your idea can be created we can take your idea and provide a scaled drawing of what your fender will look like. You would sign off on it before any cutting begins and this is typically without any upcharge.

We look forward to working with all members and visitors of Chopped Baggers. If you have a question about our product or looking for one of our dealers please ask.

If anyone is looking for pic's and the web site isn't doing it for you you can check out my facebook page under Randy Briley (look for the B'COOL logo as my avatar) or go to my FB B'COOL Products page. I think there is a better variety on my personal page though. As for the web site we will update it but been too busy to make display fenders. We'll get there though.

Thanks for the warm welcome.

Randy.

Here are a couple of pic's to start. One is our 23" 12 ga steel with the modified tab for 13" rotor clearance and the other is to show the capability of what we can cut. For this radical type of styling there would be a programming upcharge.

Cool, thanks.

I'm getting one of your fenders you do for Tricky from a vendor here, could only find they're made in "NA", very glad to see it's not Mx.

Please PM me a price for a 21" wrapper style fender.
I am in Montreal, Canada.

Do you also offer to have the fender pre-painted in standard harley colors, such as vivid black?

I can vouch for Randy. He is a great guy and so are his products. If you buy one of his fenders just high build prime and paint. So you can put away the bondo spreaders.

Should be .875"

7/8=.875....that's almost an inch unless my math is off. Reason I ask is there is varied info from 3/8 to 1/2 inch tire to fender clearances

Our new FL fenders will be made to what our customers want. Any rake, any side profile shape and any end profile and potentialy even duck tailed. The first ones that we will introduce will be fairly generic looking but given our CNC cutting capability we can cut any side profile that our customer wants. It's too early for me to release the drawings on some of the styles we have already programmed but trust me, these will get everyone thinking and we're hoping to blow the lid off the limited choices currently available. We don't have the limitations that the fiberglass fenders have since ours don't come out of a mould. They are made one at a time based on what you want, not what we want to sell you. I need a few more weeks to get them dialed in but the first 26 and 30 prototypes are already made. I'll post some pics soon.

We can do that. Once you place your order we will send a drawing of the fender before we cut it. You can mark up and send back and we will make changes and resend a new drawing. Once you sign off we will proceed to cut it. One thing you need to know is that the 21 has a much different sidewall than the 26 due to the tire profile so although it will be similar it can't be exactly the same. The drawing will clarify the look so you can see what it will look like before we begin to build it.

I'm not sure I understand you comment regarding 3/8 to 1/2" fender clearance between tire and fender with respect to spacers. All I can tell you is if the spacers you plan on using are too wide, like 1", then you're going to force the fender tabs in toward the wheel and the fender will look like crap once mounted. If you don't buy our spacers, and can only get wider spacers, then you should mill them to the correct width so you don't place undo stress into the fender. You can get .875" spacers from us, Native Custom Baggers and Paul Yaffe. Using spacers that are too wide can add to stress cracks and premature failure of your paint by placing it under stress once bolted up.

This I understand, I'm talking top tire to bottom fender clearance

3/8 - 1/2 would be correct top of tire to bottom of inside fender. Some tip the front down slightly to get a tighter look.
